1. How much are your website designs ?
The first and foremost question asked by anyone wanting a website designed, unfortunately this question has no simple answer.
Each and every website differs on numerous levels both in design and development, from the simplistic to the complicated each website has it's own complexities.
In order for us to give you a quote which is suited to the design you require we speak to each and every one of our customers personally. This consultation is not only to get a feel for your project but also so that we may better discuss your budgetary needs.
We are however the only web design company which offer to meet any feasible budget for website design. We will take any financial limitations you have into account and will try our best to accommodate this into pricing for our design.

2. How long will it take to finish my design ?
Once again, unfortunately, this question can only be answered by a member of our design team. The amount of time taken to design a fully functioning website will vary depending on the size of the site and complexity of the design. It also can vary depending on whether a website domain needs to be registered and hosting provided, both of which take time to propagate throughout the entire internet.

3. What do I need to provide to get my site designed ?
There are several basic necessities for any website to be created, the major one being text. Our initial briefing will determine exactly what other material you need to provide these are likely to include images, in the form of graphics, logos or photos.

4. When do I pay for my design ?
We require a minimum non-refundable payment of 50% of the total design costs before proceeding with any website setup or design. This is because we incur costs upon immediately meeting a client and also basic setup approval costs. Payment of the balance is then due upon completion of the website.

5. How can I pay ?
We only take payment after personally meeting our customer/s, of course in the case of international clients where this is an impossibility we accept credit card, cheque and on the rare occasion postal order payments. For international clients the services of Western Union and Moneygram can also be taken advantage of.
With regard to all payments we will wait until all funds are cleared before we commence any setup or work on any design.

6. After design will I be able to edit my site myself ?
The simple answer to this question is 'yes'.
Although we provide content management services for those clients who require regular updates of both their site pages and content it is possible for our clients to update their sites themselves online without any real web design knowledge.

7. What is involved with, and can I see the site while it is in, development ?
Development of your site will include the design and construction of each single page of your website and linking those pages together. We will also, where arranged, create and design all images necessary for navigation and layout of your site.
All development is done online and is completely reviewable at any time online via your members section. During this time you are free to cancel the completion of your site at any time.

8. Do you provide domain names and web hosting ?
We do not personally provide domain name registration or hosting but we do have a relationship with companies which provide both services. We have searched the web for the best priced web domain registration and web hosting services and ensure that our customers receive both the best price and the best services.
However any choice of web registration service and hosting company are completely down to the client.
